The Odessa Parks Foundation is asking all Odessans to do their part by supporting our public parks with an ongoing donation of only $12 per year. This voluntary Donation Program is automatically part of your monthly utility bill at the rate of only $1 per month.

Monies raised through this monthly donation will be used to continue the improvement and expansion of our city parks in a wide variety of areas. These include, but are not limited to, park amenities such as playground equipment, programs for citizen participation in numerous areas, and the fulfillment of the Master Plan for Odessa’s parks and recreational facilities.
